I decided to make some changes in one of the churches that I pastor in Kentucky. These weren’t edicts from a dictator, instead most of them were based on several conversations that I had with members of our congregation our leadership team. These changes may seem small but they were major for our church. We’re now in the process of evaluating our changes and looking at the next steps for us. Here’s what we did:

A friend recommended it to me and I figured I would give the book a shot:

Our church joined the thousands of other churches across the country that held Christmas programs this past weekend. It was a joy to see all the children dressed up. Our skit was simple and short but it taught me some important lessons about leadership.
