He offers that many leaders and organization wrongly begin with WHAT they do instead of WHY they do it. I finished reading Crossing Over by Paul Scanlon.
A friend recommended it to me and I figured I would give the book a shot:
What would you ask Dr. King?

There’s an icebreaker question that goes something like this:
If you could invite any famous person (past or present) to dinner who would it be?
In the numerous times I’ve been asked or asked someone that question the name Martin Luther King Jr usually comes up.
These Three Words
One of the definitions of intellectual humility is having a consciousness of the limits of one’s knowledge.
Most of us could use a bit more intellectual humility.
Here’s another way of defining it, being willing say “I don’t know”.
